Bonnell Aluminum (“Bonnell”), a subsidiary of Tredegar Corporation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Carl Czarnik as its new Senior Vice President and General Manager, effective June 15, 2026, and succeeding to Brook Hamilton who will be retiring from the company after more than two decades of leadership and service.
Mr. Czarnik, who joined Bonnell in 2019 as Vice President of Operations, brings extensive operational and leadership experience to his new role. Prior to joining Bonnell, he served as Vice President of Operations at Gerdau Long Steel and Vice President of Human Resources for Gerdau North America.
Mr. Czarnik served in the U.S. military from 1987 to 1994, including active duty during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and was honorably discharged as a Captain after earning the Army Commendation Medal for his distinguished service.
