Viper Tradeshow Services. Access the Viper Service Kit in the Exhibitor Portal.
Where do I order items needed for ET Expo?
Inside the Viper Tradeshow Services Kit, you will find the forms and links needed to order booth furnishings, electricity, rigging, catering, etc. Log into the Exhibitor Portal to access the Viper Services Kit. Be sure to order items by the early deadline to save on exhibiting costs.
What does my booth come equipped with?
10’ x 10’ Bulk Space:
- 8-ft. tall teal/champagne back drape
- 3-ft. tall teal/champagne side drape
- 7” x 44” ID sign
Package Space
Hard wall “European Style” 10’ x 10’ or 10' x 20' exhibit space:
White paneled walls
1 – navy 6-ft. skirted table
2 – Counter-High bar stools
1 – 10-ft. x 12-in. ID Sign
The Exhibit Hall is pre-carpeted.
For Advanced Warehouse and Show Site Facility receiving dates and addresses, material handling, shipping labels, order forms, etc., log into the Exhibitor Portal and view/download the Viper Services Kit.

Can I carry my boxes into the exhibit hall to set up my booth?
You may hand carry your freight through the front doors of the ballroom only, on two wheel carts or by use of a bellman or bellman cart only if you do not require labor.
