New Results Announced on 232 Tariff Exclusion Requests

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the second tranche of Aluminum 232 Tariff Determinations. In this latest round of Determinations BIS issued 160 Exclusion Request Denials and Granted only one Exclusion Request.

With these latest Determinations, in total BIS has denied 193 Exclusion Requests and granted only three.
